Finally something that actually works as advertised. My kids had popsicles ready in under ten minutes, and the base stayed cold enough for three more batches at our backyard party.

I was skeptical about the whole "7-minute" thing, but after freezing the base overnight, we had a solid batch of pops ready before the kids finished arguing over flavors. The base takes up a bit of counter space, but it's a fun party trick that actually works.
